Annual Evergreen client survey reveals world class +86 Net Promoter Score

As part of our mission to transform people’s health by supporting leading health organisations to achieve business outcomes, last month we conducted the annual Evergreen Client Feedback Survey to understand how we might further improve our service.

We commissioned independent business consultancy, Onva, to approach our roster of valued clients for an honest assessment and real feedback. Having won 11 industry awards in our first two years and with a track record of achieving business outcomes we are always looking for ways to be even better.

Clients were asked to rate (on a scale of 0 to 10) how likely they would be to recommend us to someone who was looking for a PR agency - and we were delighted that 86% scored a 9 or 10/10, and no one scored below an 8/10.

A Net Promoter Score can run from -100 to +100 and the average for a marketing consultancy is +57. We scored 29 points above that at +86, giving us a world class score.

Our clients were also asked to share three words that spring to mind when considering the experience of working with Evergreen PR. Common words and phrases used included vision, knowledgeable, outcomes-focused, dynamic, professional, collaborative, inspiring, efficient and responsive.

When asked why they scored us the way they did, here’s what some of our clients said:

“They have produced some fantastic outcomes”

“We have seen engagement grow beyond expectations - couldn’t ask for more.”

“Great team to work with, with proven results.”

“Excellent outputs and energy - we love working with them!”

“Great approach and experience - easy to work with, deep interest in understanding unique problems to solve.”

“An excellent experience.”

“Great expertise and very organised and passionate.”

“An Imaginative and attentive service.”

“Very knowledgeable in the domain.”

“Strong capability.”

We were delighted to hear how highly our clients have valued our work and we are excited about continuing to improve our service over the coming months.
