Evergreen named Small Consultancy of the Year, plus other wins

We’re very happy to have been named Small Consultancy of the Year at the PRCA Dare Awards 2023 - along with picking up two awards for our work with the Royal College of General Practitioners!

Our ‘Getting Veterans The Care They Deserve’ campaign with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) won the Campaign of the Year awards in the B2B and Not-for-Profit sections.

The campaign, which was designed using our MERTO Framework, led to a 645% increase in the number of GP practices joining the RCGP’s Veteran Friendly GP Practice Programme - which equips General Practice-staff to identify, understand, support and refer veteran patients for best health outcomes.

Commenting on the work, the PRCA Dare Awards judges said:

This was a great campaign, with excellent results that made a real difference to people’s health. Very well executed.
— PRCA DARE Awards Judges

Prior to the awards ceremony, Evergreen received positive comment from a number of people involved in the campaign.

Evergreen have proven time and again that they deliver tangible impact for us through their campaign work and comms support. This was a great campaign and we are delighted to be working with them again
— Andy Riley, Head of Programmes and Projects at the Royal College of GPs

You did a brilliant job. I think you’re managed to turn the Accreditation programme into a mainstream requirement for GP practices
— Dr Alan Finnigan, Director of Nursing & Military Mental Health University of Chester

Leigh Greenwood, Managing Director at Evergreen PR, said: “It’s been an excellent year for Evergreen, with new innovation demonstrated by our development of the MERTO Framework, which has now helped a number of health organisations to find the ‘most effective route to outcomes’, and excellent growth through the year. None of it could be achieved without our amazing team and clients though, and I’d like to thank our people and partners for everything they do to enable us to achieve our purpose of transforming health.

“It’s been very rewarding to work with the RCPG on this project - knowing that the increase in accredited practices has helped tens of thousands more veteran patients get access to support that has been found to be effective means that our work has real value - and that’s great to know.”
