Latest Evergreen PR Client Feedback Survey reveals ‘world class’ NPS

The results of the latest Evergreen PR Client Feedback Survey are in and we’re delighted to have again received a ‘world class’ Net Promoter Score (NPS), with clients highlighting our team’s extensive knowledge and professionalism, and the impact of our work.

This is the fourth year of our survey and we once again commissioned independent business consultancy, Onva, to poll our roster of valued healthcare clients to ask for their honest assessment of our services.

Clients were invited to rate us on a scale of 1 to 10 on how likely they would be to recommend us to someone who was looking for a healthcare PR agency. An excellent 93% scored between 8 and 10, and more than a third gave us a perfect 10.

A Net Promoter Score can run from -100 to +100 and SurveyMonkey reports that the average is +32. With a score of +71, we achieved 38 points above that. Search Engine Land reports that anything above +70 is considered ‘world class’.

More than a third of respondents were members of their organisation’s C-Suite and several were CEOs. Of course they were all healthcare focused but they represented a wide range of organisations types, including health tech, med tech and private healthcare companies, NHS organisations and health charities.

Verbatim comments submitted by clients on what aspects of our service they found most valuable included:

“The team did a great job for us. Very professional, good advice given and very well connected in the healthcare arena."

“Excellent service - very knowledgeable, experts in their field - their attention to detail outstanding."

“Extremely consultative approach. I never really felt that they were doing things in their best interest or just to hit a scope, they genuinely approach everything from a first principles 'what's best for the business' POV which I appreciated."

“Real expertise with accessing Medical Media outlets, ensuring wide exposure to the message in campaign."

"Motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated to providing high quality work."

"A strong understanding of how the media works, what stories might land and how to best approach."“

Last year, we formally launched our MERTO Framework - our prioritisation and behaviour science-based method for helping healthcare organisations to identify the ‘Most Effective Route To Outcomes’.

When asked to describe the benefits of the methodology, clients reported a range of business benefits in addition to the outcomes it helped to deliver. Verbatim responses are below:

“It provided a structured, prioritised approach that maximised ROI.”

“It ensures that the focus in the right area to achieve maximum benefit through results.”

“This in-depth process underpins the new project messaging, meaning the desired outcomes are more likely to be achieved.”

“Very useful decision-making tool.”

“Really helped me and the team think through the opportunities and challenges.”

“Clear defined objectives.”

“Diagrams and pictures bring messages alive.”

We were delighted to hear how highly our clients have valued our work and we are excited about continuing to improve our service over the coming months.
