Third-party research shows our impact for clients makes us highly recommendable

At Evergreen PR we are driven by helping our clients to deliver breakthrough campaigns that improve people’s health while achieving important business or organisational objectives.

To help us to get a true picture of how we are measuring up against our goals we commissioned an independent business consultancy, Onva, to approach our clients for an honest assessment of our performance and advice about where we can improve.

Clients were asked to rate (on a scale of 0 to 10) how likely they would be to recommend us to an associate. A pretty staggering 80% rated us a +9 or above, meaning they would be “extremely likely” to recommend us, giving us a world-class Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +80! Hubspot states that an NPS of +70 is ‘the best-of-the-best’ and even Apple only manages +65!

Our clients were also asked to share three words that spring to mind when considering the experience of working with Evergreen PR. Of course every business aims to live by its values, but we were delighted to be told that our roster of purposeful health organisations see us as a strategic, impactful, passionate and knowledgeable consultancy, that is driven by delivering exceptional results. Take a look at the word cloud below to see more of what they said and see how that chimes with our approach here.

Some direct comments provided by our clients included:

We are incredibly happy with the work of Evergreen PR. They are a very strategic agency and really focus on what actions will deliver the biggest impact. Over the last few months their campaigns have opened doors at the highest level of Government and with major research funders - and we even won two PRCA Awards for our Tinnitus Manifesto. Their health PR knowledge and experience of working within the political arena is excellent and complements our team perfectly. They have really delivered against our organisation’s objectives and I’d strongly recommend them as an agency.
— Kerry Chase, Head of Communications, British Tinnitus Association
Evergreen PR did an amazing job in helping us to raise the profile of our digitally-enabled physio services during coronavirus. They take a strategic approach and are tenacious in their focus on securing results. With their help we’ve been able to win new business and expand existing relationships, leading to lots of conversations with corporate clients over the last few months. Many agencies can sap more time than you would like, but with Evergreen you get strong ideas, a willingness to use their own initiative and the experience to be self-sufficient, even when dealing with very complex information. They are great communicators too. They worked with us in an integrated way and provided comprehensive updates on progress throughout. It has been great working with them!
— Sophie Harper, Chief Brand and Communications Officer, Ascenti
We are 200% happy with the work that has been done for us by Evergreen PR. They have helped us to build our brand by translating the complexities of our technology into messaging that is really resonating within our target market. Their approach to media relations - which has secured top tier coverage for us - has helped establish a much higher level of awareness of what we do. Over the last few months Evergreen PR’s work - which has been delivered rapidly and professionally throughout - has forged valuable relationships with leading NHS organisations and health technology companies, helping us to progress the business to the next level. They’ve been great to work with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
— Jas Saini, CEO, Vtuls

The Evergreen PR team is focused on providing best-in-class service to its valued clients to ensure that we all achieve our purpose of improving people’s health. Therefore, an important part of this research project was to learn from our clients how we might further improve what we offer. Suggestions included supporting our business outcomes-focused reporting with sharable media coverage and social content booklets, as well as further expanding our digital communications offering. Since then we’ve added a subscription to CoverageBook, which allows us to easily collate and share stunning media coverage and influencer content booklets and provides us with access to new measurements and metrics. We are also developing our network of digital partners and continue to invest in Continued Professional Development.

Evergreen PR is an award-winning specialist consultancy that is focused 100% on supporting organisations that improve people’s health. Building on 15+ years of knowledge, experience and relationships in the health sector, our Evergreen Methodology, comprising rigorous research, deep-thinking join-the-dots planning and the activation of people of influence is helping our clients to achieve important business and health outcomes. We were delighted to hear how highly our clients have valued this work and are excited about continuing to improve our service over the coming months.
