Shortlisted for UK’s 'best healthcare campaign' awards
Evergreen PR has been shortlisted for two UK health communications awards for outcomes-driving campaigns.
The PM Society has shortlisted the agency’s work with the Royal College of GPs for the UK’s best ‘External Communications Campaign for a Pharma or Healthcare Organisation’, while PR Moment has shortlisted the same came campaign for ‘Healthcare Pharma Campaign of the Year’. Evergreen also won Best Healthcare Campaign at the PR Moment Awards last year.
The ‘Getting veterans the care they deserve’ health communications campaign drove a 645% increase in the number of GP practices getting ‘Veteran Friendly’ accredited thanks to a strategic integrated approach that combined a powerful creative concept with smart audience-focused media and stakeholder relations to drive GPs, practice managers, practice nurses and social prescribing link workers to take action and sign-up.
The campaign achieved cut-through in key healthcare professional media - across a number of segments - was widely promoted by professional healthcare associations, the NHS and advocates from already accredited practices, leading to significant upticks in traffic, improved conversion rates and, ultimately, an outcome that was more than double the client’s target.
Evergreen continues to work on the campaign and, only a few weeks ago, succeeded in landing a series of flagship TV items, including a 12-minute spot on BBC Breakfast and 9 minutes on BBC Morning Live (check out our recent how to generate national TV coverage for your health product or service blog post)
Since being founded in late 2019, Evergreen PR has won more than 30 industry awards - including a CIPR Excellence Award for the UK’s best long term campaign and a PR Week award for the UK’s best public health campaign last year, as a result of the team’s success in driving measurable outcomes.
Speaking about the shortlistings, Evergreen PR’s Managing Director, Leigh Greenwood Chart.PR said: “This is yet more great recognition for our team, which continues to excel in developing campaigns and ideas that generate measurable impact for our much-valued health clients.
“The foundation of our success, I think, has been our motivating purpose of improving health by achieving measurable outcomes for excellent health organisations.
